Vision
Peace and prosperity are ever been the mighty search of humanity. People tend to escape from their own reality/community if they cannot find peace and prosperity within it. Eventually, many Filipinos or even other nationalities leave their respective countries in search of it from other part of the world.
While the search is on from place to place, more denial of social responsibility was made; and while involvement is deprived from day to day, trust and participation in building such community remains unfulfilled not until the people themselves will work for it.
Genuine and sustainable development is from within. This is among the realities manifested by the Ruben E. Ecleo, Sr. Foundation Inc. which designed its global commitment and envisioned to work with people to become;
"An institution with strong values of humanity, providing development services in a combined efforts with partner agencies, clients and beneficiaries through God's righteousness and sovereign authority."

We are committed to attain this mission by facilitating sustainable and equitable development based on creativity and initiatives of the local stakeholders towards alleviation of the status of living of the vulnerable sectors.
• Crusade the new order of peace and unity, righteousness and prosperity through the self-integration of every individual person to his God, nature/environment, community and fellowmen;
• Facilitate the conciliation and balance growth process of the people's spiritual and materials upliftment based on universal laws of righteousness and dynamic process of development catered by institutions of humanity;
• Promote and practice the virtue of benevolence by being charitable to assist people who are in the emergence of need or any state of crises through emergency welfare services towards people empowerment and development;
• Provide strategic option for the necessary management and coordinative support to all who want to participate and involve, illustrate ownership, and live with the principles, teachings, guidance and vision of Divine Master Ruben e. Ecleo, Sr.
