Roles, Values & Beliefs

To ensure the attainment of our mission, we identified our roles with the community based on the values that we espoused, founded on the belief that we are living with.

Values

  • We live with our supreme consciousness.
  • We espouse the genuine teachings and values of PBMA; and the universal laws of righteousness for humanity;
  • A person who is industrious; active and practices the habit of cleanliness at home; with service and devotion to God;
  • A person with clean and healthy body; cleanliness of appearance in coordination with his personality and character;
  • A person who is helpful; charitable and hospitable to his fellowmen;
  • A person who is respectful; emulative and allows others to grow;
  • A person who is understanding; abides with the laws of God and the laws of the Government;
  • A person who is free; free from bondage of vices and wickedness;
  • A person who is humble; courteous, polite and shares benefits of his endeavor;
  • A person with dignity; truthful, honest and sincere;
  • A person who is forgiving; frank and candid;
  • A person with integrity; just and friendly; loves peace and thy neighbor;
  • A person with good attitude; espouses the virtues of ethics, behavior and norms of the society; and
  • A person who is frugal; progressive and reaps the pursuit of his own efforts and sacrifices.

BELIEFS

  • The "Ego or I" factor of personality is deceptive.
  • Knowledge cannot be and will not be monopolized.
  • Everything is in a state of constant change.
  • Humanity is the realm of physical, mental and spiritual dimensions.
  • Man is the framework of development endeavor.
  • Men & Women are complimentary to humanity and development.
  • Problem is the fountain of growth.
  • Suffering is fortitude to a highest victory and understanding.
  • The breath of all people in this world is the breath of God.
  • Universal and natural laws exist among all men.
  • We believe there is karma in the destruction/abuse of Mother Earth;
  • Establishing God's Kingdom and righteousness is the ultimate goal of development.
  • Standards set the institutional way of doing things; but the unique and dynamic things enhance the standards.
