Philosophy
REESFI is an institutional tool and a means of service for development. It is founded in the genuine love for humanity. It is this love that direct humanity and provide the wholesome reasons in doing things. Thus, genuine love for humanity is the energy that inspires REESFI in performing its tasks to facilitate resolutions to the problems of mankind and to evolve development in the community.
To contribute to the regeneration of a fulfilled human being is the main thrust of REESFI. Working for the fulfillment of humanity is set by the equilibrium of the spiritual and material aspects of life. These are the complimentary sources of energies that provide friction of realities for the creation of goals and objectives of human life. These goals and objectives can only be attained if the material and spiritual elements of every humane society are in balance between the state of life and livelihood, prosperity and morality, freedom and responsibility, supply and demand, production and utilization, giving and receiving and other state of complementation.
These are the basic elements that determine the growth of economy, abundance of nature/ environment, and maturity of the people. The economy, environment and people are the basic factors that interplay in development. Economy is an endeavor of development with its broad and convenient classification of agriculture, industry and services; environment is the arena of sustainable development as a resource base and habitat of men, plants and animals; and people are the mainstreams of social, political, cultural and spiritual aspects of development.
It is the people that give value to economy, the environment and even themselves. While driving their individual or group satisfaction, righteousness should not be sacrificed for prosperity, future should not be sacrificed for the present, and one's dignity should not be sacrificed for the other. It is therefore in this perception that REESFI pursues the development mainstream about people, and by people; focus on the how and why for the integrated, wholistic, balance and sustainable development.
